Talkpool has secured a contract with the world’s largest telecom vendor to maintain one of Pakistan’s major mobile networks. The contract is valued at approximately 620,000 Euros per year, with an initial amount of 360,000 Euros for the first six months. This marks Talkpool’s first Managed Services contract in the Middle East and Pakistan region.
The on-site maintenance work provided by Talkpool is expected to generate long-term and stable revenues, complementing the project work that constitutes the majority of revenues for LCC Pakistan Limited, which Talkpool acquired in 2017. Faraz Zafar, Talkpool’s General Manager in the region, stated, “We have now established a Managed Services division and we’re targeting more customers to provide high-quality field maintenance services to our portfolio.”
With 1,000 employees across Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, Talkpool is recognized as one of the leading network services and IoT players in the region. The company collaborates with the world’s largest equipment vendors and numerous major network operators.
