Qvantel Secures Major Contract with VEON to Provide Managed Services for BSS Operations

Qvantel, a leader in digital BSS, has announced a major contract with VEON, a global digital operator, to provide managed services for BSS operations across VEON’s digital operators, including Jazz in Pakistan, Banglalink in Bangladesh, and Kyivstar in Ukraine. These operators collectively serve over 160 million connectivity customers and around 100 million active users of VEON’s digital services.

VEON’s extensive operations span across countries that account for more than 7% of the world’s population. In addition to mobile and fixed connectivity, VEON offers services such as financial services, entertainment, education, healthcare, and enterprise solutions. Qvantel’s flexible BSS platform enables VEON’s operators to rapidly develop, launch, and monetize a wide range of digital services, which is vital to the success of their digital operator strategy.

Under this new managed services contract, Qvantel will expand its role to not only provide digital BSS but also offer operations and support teams to collaborate with VEON teams.
