stc Bahrain has announced a 10-day extended Eid Al-Fitr holiday for all employees, reinforcing its commitment to employee wellbeing and work-life balance. The holiday begins on the first day of Eid and runs until March 28, giving staff additional time to celebrate with family.
The initiative reflects the company’s people-first culture, recognizing employees as a core driver of success. CEO Eng. Khalid Al Osaimi emphasized that fostering a supportive, flexible, and humane work environment is central to both employee performance and long-term organizational growth.
