Jazz and Engro Connect Forge Strategic Partnership to Accelerate Pakistan’s Digital Transformation

KARACHI: Jazz, the leading digital operator in Pakistan and a subsidiary of VEON, has entered into a strategic collaboration with Engro Connect, a subsidiary of Engro Corporation, to enhance Pakistan’s telecommunications infrastructure and fast-track the country’s digital transformation.

Under this agreement, Jazz’s infrastructure assets, managed by its subsidiary Deodar (Private) Limited, will be integrated with Engro Connect through a regulatory-compliant scheme of arrangement.
