Ooredoo has made significant strides in its comprehensive digital transformation program by enhancing its digital customer experience and modernizing its IT infrastructure. Partnering with Tech Mahindra, a global leader in technology consulting and digital solutions, Ooredoo has successfully revamped and digitized its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) stack. This transformation also includes the unification and digitization of Charging, Rating, and Billing systems, enabling Ooredoo to deliver a seamless and advanced digital experience nationwide.
The first two phases of the transformation have been completed, focusing on unifying CRM, charging, and rating services for Ooredoo’s B2C customers. With these milestones achieved, Ooredoo and Tech Mahindra are now progressing to the final phases, which will revamp the CRM stack for B2C fixed line customers and, ultimately, the B2B segment.
