Talabat, a leading technology company in the region, recently welcomed a group of female students from Academy X to its headquarters in Kuwait, emphasizing its commitment to empowering young women in technology and entrepreneurship. This visit marks a continuation of talabat’s collaboration with Coded through the Academy X initiative, started last March, aimed at addressing the gender gap in the tech industry.
The field trip provided the students with hands-on training and insights into the technology sector, highlighting the challenges and opportunities within. The educational session led by the talabat team drew from the company’s pioneering experiences to give a comprehensive overview of the dynamic nature of the tech industry.
