The municipality first identifies suitable tree species and planting locations in Makkah and the holy sites.
Details are then uploaded to the Nabatik online platform, where individuals can select their preferred tree, choose a location, make online payments, and have the trees planted on their behalf. This initiative allows the community to contribute to tree-planting efforts from home, supporting climate goals and enhancing Makkah’s greenery.
