Orange Jordan Launches 11th Season of BIG Program to Empower Entrepreneurs

The 11th season of BIG by Orange, under the Orange Digital Centers (ODC), began last May, marking the start of an entrepreneurial journey for participants aiming to establish their startups. Orange Jordan continues its dedication to supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Jordan by offering vital resources and guidance.

In a recent interactive session, six entrepreneurs engaged with Fahed Qteishat, Associate Director at Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP). The session, part of the pitching phase of season 11, focused on best practices for attracting investments—a crucial element in the foundation of startup companies. Topics included creating compelling presentations for investors, highlighting unique selling points, and understanding the importance of securing investments for long-term success.

During the session, participating entrepreneurs pitched their project ideas, all designed to provide innovative solutions to pressing societal challenges, before the entrepreneurship team at Orange Jordan. This phase is critical in helping startups transition smoothly from ideation to practical implementation.

Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP), one of the largest investment funds in the region, has been instrumental in supporting business growth since its inception in 2010, having invested in over 60 tech-based companies in Jordan and the Middle East.
