Orel IT Leads Knowledge-Sharing Session for SheExports Programme, Empowering Women Tech Entrepreneurs

Orel IT recently hosted an informative knowledge-sharing session as part of the ongoing SheExports programme, a capacity-building initiative spearheaded by the Export Development Board (EDB) and Sri Lanka Association for Software and Services Companies (SLASSCOM). This programme aims to prepare women tech entrepreneurs for success in the global market.

During the session, Orel IT provided valuable insights into critical areas of modern technology, including its Orel Cloud and Partner services, which deliver scalable cloud solutions tailored to the unique needs of tech start-ups. Participants were also educated on important topics such as emerging technology trends, cybersecurity, and the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) and the internet of things (IoT).

As a women-led enterprise, Orel IT highlighted the strength of women in the tech industry, emphasizing the importance of building sustainable, adaptable businesses. The message was clear: the future of technology is driven by innovation and resilience in a rapidly evolving world.

The SheExports programme, backed by industry leaders, is a vital platform for women entrepreneurs aiming to expand their businesses globally. It offers unique opportunities for participants to acquire the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to scale up and compete in international markets.
