The 11th season of BIG by Orange, hosted under the Orange Digital Centers (ODC), began in May, marking a new chapter for participants as they embark on their entrepreneurial journeys. Orange Jordan continues to support the local entrepreneurial ecosystem, helping strengthen the startup scene in the country.
As part of this season’s activities, six entrepreneurs participated in an interactive session with Fahed Qteishat, Associate Director at Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP). Qteishat shared valuable insights into best practices for attracting investments, a crucial aspect of building successful startups. The session focused on creating compelling presentations, highlighting unique selling points, and understanding the strategic importance of securing investments.
During the pitching phase, the entrepreneurs presented their innovative solutions to pressing societal challenges to the Orange Jordan entrepreneurship team. This step is critical in preparing startups to transition from ideation to practical implementation.
Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP), one of the region’s largest investment funds, has been instrumental in supporting businesses since its inception in 2010, with over 60 tech-based companies in Jordan and the Middle East benefiting from its expertise and funding.
