Enova, a joint venture between Majid Al Futtaim and Veolia, has introduced the Artificial Intelligence Enova Virtual Assistant (AIEVA). This AI-driven platform is set to transform customer interactions by providing comprehensive support to customers, job applicants, and suppliers with timely and accurate information.
Developed in partnership with Hoplo, an Italian AI specialist, and built on Google’s sophisticated Gemini AI model, AIEVA is adept at assimilating data from diverse sources, evolving with each interaction, and integrating new insights seamlessly. Its multilingual capabilities ensure it can handle a variety of inquiries, enhancing service efficiency.

AIEVA is a part of Enova’s suite of smart digital tools, which includes Hubgrade, their intelligent monitoring hub, virtual operations, the One Enova mobile app, drone inspections, and VR training programs.
