The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, in collaboration with the National Technology Development Program (NTDP), has introduced the Tamkeen Initiative. Aimed at empowering Saudi tech professionals in micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), the initiative focuses on enhancing skills and resources to drive the Kingdom’s digital economy in line with Vision 2030. Tamkeen also offers incentives to encourage tech companies to hire Saudi talent and ensure business continuity. MSMEs in the technology sector can register for these benefits through the NTDP platform.
