It features a prime location in the heart of the First Settlement and includes 1,500 diverse residential units, such as apartments, townhouses, twin houses, and villas. All units offer distinctive views of open spaces, green areas, and water features that cover 80% of the project area. Total investments for this project amount to EGP 11 billion (about US$228.1 million), with the company achieving sales of EGP 3 billion (US$62.2 million) this year, out of a targeted EGP 4 billion (US$83 million) for 2024.
