ZainTECH has announced a strategic partnership with Datanuum, a leading platform for customer data enrichment, engagement, and retention, serving retailers and healthcare businesses. This partnership is part of ZainTECH’s expanding services, which now cater to over 1,400 enterprise and government clients across the Middle East, offering cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI, big data analytics, and more.
Launched in 2021, ZainTECH has rapidly expanded its ICT service portfolio, starting the year with over 700 ICT professionals serving customers across eight MENA countries in industries such as telecom, government, oil and gas, retail, and financial services. In January, ZainTECH made its debut in Bahrain, and in April, it acquired AWS consulting partner Citrus Consulting, further strengthening its regional cloud operations, especially in Saudi Arabia.
This year has seen several key partnerships and acquisitions for ZainTECH, including with HYAS Infosec and the acquisitions of BIOS Middle East and STS Arabia in Saudi Arabia. The latest collaboration with Datanuum focuses on addressing the region’s growing need for data privacy and regulatory compliance. Together, they aim to provide robust data handling solutions to optimize customer engagement, retention, and marketing effectiveness.
ZainTECH CEO Andrew Hanna emphasized that this partnership enables the company to offer advanced, compliant technologies that support business growth and differentiation. Datanuum CEO Salam Saadeh echoed this sentiment, noting that ZainTECH’s infrastructure and regional presence would help Datanuum reach more businesses and enhance their customer interactions.
The partnership will initially target retail and healthcare sectors, offering tools for data privacy compliance, customer engagement, digital advertising ROI, and scalable cloud consumption models, driving innovation and growth for both companies and their clients.
