Boursa Kuwait has entered a strategic partnership with CODED Academy, the first coding bootcamp in the Middle East, to sponsor and host the UniCODE program for college students and recent graduates. The Kuwait Financial Centre (Markaz) will also co-sponsor the initiative.
The UniCODE program empowers participants with essential coding and programming skills to thrive in today’s competitive job market. By focusing on areas such as cybersecurity, mobile, and web development, students will gain valuable expertise that enhances their career prospects.
The fourth edition of the program commenced on October 19th and will run until December 14th, 2024. Over the seven-week program, students will engage in three specialized tracks that cover key cybersecurity topics, including Linux, web security, cryptography, and digital forensics. The mobile development track will focus on Flutter, teaching students to build high-performance, cross-platform applications, while the web development track will explore fundamental languages essential for web page creation.
Commenting on the partnership, Boursa Kuwait’s Senior Director of Marketing and Communication, Mr. Naser Meshari Al-Sanousi, stated, “Boursa Kuwait is proud to support CODED Academy’s UniCODE program, providing intensive training to 250 students in dynamic fields such as AI-powered mobile application development, web development, and cybersecurity.
