Accenture and du, a prominent telecom and digital services provider, have entered into a five-year collaboration to assist du with the application development and maintenance (ADM) of its IT landscape.
Under this agreement, Accenture will work closely with du and its partners to transition to a new operating model that provides increased flexibility and predictability while maintaining and evolving du’s IT applications.
By implementing innovative working methods and processes aligned with industry best practices, this new model will help du eliminate silos, accelerate time to market, and facilitate the launch of innovative products and services, all while enhancing operational efficiencies.
In addition to this, Accenture will support du in adopting emerging technologies and products, including generative AI and advanced analytics, to help achieve its business objectives within a digital-first strategy.
