In Bahrain, where channels by stc was launched in 2010, the division has built strong partnerships, employing over 270 staff members and operating 14 sales outlets with more than 2,800 points of sale. In Oman, channels by stc began operations in 2011 and has since become a strategic partner for Omantel, the leading telecommunications provider in the Sultanate. With a team of over 260 employees, the division operates 25 sales outlets, collaborates with 1,200 merchants in Oman, and maintains partnerships with 36 merchants outside the country. It also provides more than 10,000 recharge card points.

In Kuwait, channels by stc was established in 2021 and has quickly risen to prominence with over 3,200 points of sale and 106 employees. Despite being a newcomer, the division has rapidly made its mark in the Kuwaiti market by focusing on customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality products and services as a strategic partner to stc Kuwait.
