The Labour Fund (Tamkeen) and Salica Investments have officially launched the second cohort of the Riyada Business Accelerator Program in Bahrain, inviting tech start-ups with Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) or those nearing product launch to apply before December 4, 2025.
The accelerator offers a six-month program that provides mentorship, funding opportunities, commercialization strategies, and assistance with product development and financial management. Start-ups with at least one Bahraini founder or a Commercial Registration (CR) are encouraged to apply.
Zainab Khamis, Managing Director of the Riyada Business Accelerator Program, shared the initiative’s mission: “Our goal is to empower start-ups by providing them with the essential tools, knowledge, and connections needed to succeed in today’s competitive market. We strive to foster a vibrant ecosystem where startups can benefit from personalized mentorship, interact with industry experts, and build valuable networks with investors and peers.”
Khamis added, “The success of our previous participants reflects the effectiveness of our program, and we are eager to support even more talented entrepreneurs in this new cohort.”
Applications for the program can be submitted via the program’s dedicated website.
