SpiderSilk, the GCC’s first cyber-AI startup, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sirar, the cyber arm and managed security service provider (MSSP) of STC Group (Saudi Telecom Company). The agreement, formalized at Black Hat, the leading global cybersecurity event, marks the beginning of a comprehensive technology partnership between the two companies.
Through this collaboration, SpiderSilk’s flagship product, Resonance, will be integrated with Sirar’s managed security services. This partnership will enhance Sirar’s external exposure capabilities, offering a more robust cybersecurity solution for its ecosystem of customers.
New Product Suite and Market Expansion
As part of the MoU, SpiderSilk will introduce a suite of new products, including autonomous agents designed to support security operations functions at scale. These tools will be incorporated into the partnership to further strengthen cybersecurity measures for both companies’ customers.
The agreement also marks a significant step in SpiderSilk’s expansion within Saudi Arabia, where the company is now headquartered. This collaboration will help SpiderSilk build new capabilities and intellectual property (IP) alongside Sirar, solidifying its market presence.

This partnership comes on the heels of a successful growth period for SpiderSilk, following its recent funding round led by Global Ventures, Wa’ed, and STV. The company has experienced a fivefold increase in revenues and is now the first cyber-AI product company from the Gulf to expand globally, with over 50% of its revenue coming from North America.
