This marks a significant step forward as the PTA’s license issuance system has been fully digitized, improving access for applicants, especially those from remote areas, making services more efficient and accessible.

According to PTA records, the licenses issued in the past year include:

  • 60 fixed local loop licenses
  • 36 class value-added services licenses
  • 31 wireless HF and VHF licenses
  • 49 amateur licenses
  • 3 long-distance and international licenses
  • 6 aeronautical mobile station licenses
