Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI) has introduced a Master in Applied Artificial Intelligence (MAAI) degree aimed at training the next generation of innovators and leaders in AI application. The program is designed for working professionals and targets government agencies and large organizations seeking highly skilled in-house AI practitioners to drive transformation.
The MAAI program, taught by MBZUAI faculty and international guest speakers, focuses on developing advanced skills for technology adaptation in various industries, research, and critical government functions. The curriculum provides a balanced mix of fundamental AI knowledge, practical projects, and industry experience.
Students will have access to MBZUAI’s cutting-edge research community and facilities, as well as a lifetime alumni network. The program offers both full-time and part-time study options, with networking opportunities and an AI industry placement where students can apply and evaluate AI concepts in real-world settings.
