Tamkeen Partners with Pluralsight to Provide Virtual Tech Training for Bahrainis

The Labour Fund (Tamkeen) has announced an innovative partnership with the global online training platform Pluralsight to offer virtual training opportunities for Bahrainis. This first-of-its-kind initiative will provide 1,000 candidates with access to Pluralsight’s expansive library of over 7,000 courses, enhancing their skills and boosting their competitiveness in the labor market.

The initiative aims to support Bahrainis employed in the ICT sector by offering a broad selection of training courses across various specialties. Participants will also benefit from skill assessments and practical labs designed to help them acquire relevant tech skills. Additionally, personalized learning paths will be available to ensure participants meet their learning objectives effectively.

Ms. Maha Abdulhameed Mofeez, Chief Executive of Tamkeen, praised Bahrain’s highly skilled workforce, emphasizing that it is a source of pride for the Kingdom. She highlighted Tamkeen’s ongoing efforts to support this workforce by providing opportunities that promote success and career advancement. “Our commitment to enhancing the tech skills of our national talent aligns with our strategic priorities, given the vital role of the ICT sector in national economic development,” she stated.

Erin Gajdalo, CEO of Pluralsight, expressed pride in partnering with Tamkeen, saying, “We’re honored to have the opportunity to provide critical tech education to the Bahraini workforce.”
