NAIA Developments has entered into a strategic partnership with Vodafone Egypt to introduce “Triple Play” services—high-speed internet, digital television broadcasting, and landline services—across its various residential projects. This collaboration aims to enhance the living experience for residents by providing cutting-edge smart home technologies and advanced communication solutions.
The partnership will offer high-speed internet services of up to 300 Mbps, ensuring fast and seamless browsing. In addition, Vodafone will provide fixed-line services and high-definition digital television, all powered by state-of-the-art fiber-optic technology. Vodafone’s “Home Compound” services will deliver an unparalleled communication experience within NAIA’s residential communities.
Eng. Hisham El-Danasoury, CEO of NAIA Developments, emphasized that this collaboration represents a major step in the company’s commitment to integrating innovative technological solutions into its projects. He noted that NAIA is focused on solidifying its position as a leading brand in the real estate sector and enhancing the quality of life for its residents through strategic partnerships. With investments currently valued at approximately 46 billion EGP, the company is expanding its portfolio and exploring new opportunities in East Cairo and other strategic locations.

He highlighted Vodafone’s partnerships with major real estate developers to expand these services across residential compounds. This partnership with NAIA aims to strengthen Vodafone’s presence in new residential and tourism communities to meet the growing demand for digital communication services.
Mohamed Farag, Vice Chairman for the Commercial Sector at NAIA Developments, pointed out that the introduction of Triple Play services will provide residents with numerous technological advantages in communities with exceptional infrastructure. This initiative will deliver a unique experience in the Egyptian market through smart living technologies and a comprehensive suite of entertainment, health, and commercial services. NAIA is committed to expanding its portfolio, which includes the approximately 252-acre “NAIA BAY” project in Ras Al-Hikma and “NAIA WEST” in New Sheikh Zayed.
This partnership with Vodafone adds to a series of landmark collaborations that NAIA has established with global partners. These include agreements with “Crystal Lagoons” for innovative crystalline lagoon technology in the “NAIA Bay” project, as well as a partnership with the global “Accor” group to open two hotels in Ras Al-Hikma within the “NAIA Bay” project. NAIA has also contracted with “Al-Ghoneimy” Engineering Consultants for design and planning tasks and “Kyme Alchemy,” a leading design and decor company, for the finishing operations at “NAIA WEST.” Additionally, NAIA has engaged “Raafat Miller,” a leader in design and engineering consulting in the Middle East, to create unique designs for the project, which is strategically located minutes from 6th of October City, Sheikh Zayed City, and Sphinx Airport.
