Ooredoo, the Omani Qatari Telecommunications Company, signed 10 memoranda of cooperation (MoCs) with 40 Omani small and medium enterprises (SMEs) on Tuesday to foster a supportive environment for their growth and sustainability. The MoCs were signed in Muscat as part of an agreement between Ooredoo and the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) to support the SME sector in Oman.
The MoCs include provisions for dedicated communication packages, which will be promoted through SME offices in Oman. They also offer training programs and telecommunication services designed to enhance operational efficiency and enable institutions to generate additional income by selling Ooredoo services.
The memoranda were signed by Suleiman Mohammed Bait Is’haq, a representative of Ooredoo, and the CEOs of the participating SMEs.
