Dr. Mariam Al Jalahma, CEO of Government Hospitals, announced that the fourth edition of the Manama Health Congress and Expo will bring global healthcare experts together to discuss the latest developments in the sector. Titled Shaping the Future of Healthcare and Insights, the event will focus on technological advancements, smart hospitals, and the use of AI in healthcare.
Held in collaboration with the Arab Hospitals Federation, the congress aims to provide a professional platform for networking and knowledge exchange. Major healthcare institutions and medical technology companies will participate in the event.
The congress will also launch an initiative promoting the responsible use of AI in healthcare. This initiative will establish guidelines for integrating AI technologies in a safe, ethical, and patient-focused manner, ensuring quality healthcare services and patient safety.
The announcement was made during a press conference held at the Arab Health Conference in Dubai, where Fadi Alama, President of the Arab Hospitals Federation, and Alice Boueiz, Executive Director of the Federation, also expressed their support for the event. Boueiz highlighted the Federation’s goal of fostering innovation and facilitating the secure integration of AI in healthcare services across the region.
Manama Health is one of the region’s leading healthcare events, fostering collaboration and showcasing advancements in medical and therapeutic technology. The event will take place from December 11-13.
