Zain has announced a strategic partnership with eero, a global leader in mesh-networking technology and a subsidiary of Amazon, to bring eero’s cutting-edge wireless solutions to Zain customers in Kuwait. This collaboration positions Zain as the first telecom operator in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) to work with eero.
The partnership was unveiled at the Mobile World Congress 2025 in Barcelona, with Zain Kuwait’s Operational Marketing Director Charlie Asfour, eero’s Managing Director of Global ISP Business Development John Caldwell, and Managing Director of EMEA Business Development Nabil Elhawary attending the event.

The eero Pro 6E, which supports network speeds up to 2.3 Gbps and Wi-Fi 6E technology, will offer Zain customers a reliable and fast home internet experience. The device operates across the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and new 6 GHz bands, providing better speeds, wider coverage, and more stability than traditional home networks. Mesh networks allow multiple routers to work together, ensuring fast and secure Wi-Fi throughout the home.
The eero Pro 6E leverages Zain’s 5G network to deliver superfast speeds and enhanced connectivity, making it easy to install, maintain, and control via the free eero app. Additionally, eero’s TrueMesh networking technology dynamically optimizes the data path on the network, ensuring a seamless experience with top-notch security and regular software updates.
This partnership marks a significant milestone in Zain’s efforts to provide next-gen digital experiences to its customers in Kuwait.
