The Civil Status Agency, part of the Ministry of Interior, processed over 31 million transactions, which included national ID card renewals, family member identifications, and replacements of lost or damaged national ID cards. Additionally, the General Directorate of Passports executed over 56 million operations, including the issuance and renewal of residency permits, exit and re-entry visas, and Saudi passports.
The Public Security department contributed over 35 million operations, such as vehicle registration renewals, driving license renewals, and vehicle insurance validity checks. The platform also handled significant numbers of digital wallet transactions, document deliveries, and fingerprint inquiries.
Absher Business platform operations exceeded 26 million, covering a range of services, including issuing authorizations, residency permits, traffic violation inquiries, and vehicle repair permits.
