Beyon, a leading global technology group, has announced the appointment of Daniel Dugina as the new Chief Executive Officer of its prominent division, Digital City Development Company.
Dugina will take the helm in leading the development and rollout of the ambitious 380,000-square-meter project located in Hamala, overseeing the execution of all development initiatives and strategic partnerships critical to the project’s success.
This leadership appointment underscores Beyon’s ongoing commitment to realizing its visionary goals. It follows the announcement of Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (Edamah), the real estate arm of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (Mumtalakat), as the development manager for the project, along with the appointment of Aecom as the master planner.
Faisal Al Jalahma, Chairman of the Digital City Development Company, expressed his enthusiasm about the appointment, stating, “Daniel Dugina’s extensive expertise in real estate development aligns perfectly with our strategic direction. His extensive portfolio includes high-profile projects such as One Circular Quay, One Sydney Harbour, Melbourne Quarter, and Victoria Harbour with Lendlease in Australia, as well as significant developments in the UAE with TDIC in Abu Dhabi and Omniyat in Dubai.
