Daraz Opens Applications for the Future Leaders Programme 2025 to Cultivate South Asia’s Best Talent

Daraz, the leading eCommerce giant in South Asia, has announced the opening of applications for the Daraz Future Leaders Programme (DFLP) 2025. This management trainee initiative seeks to attract top talent from Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka to contribute to the region’s rapidly growing online shopping ecosystem.

The DFLP 2025 will begin in July and is a 15-month rotational program designed to offer participants first-hand experience across key business functions. Applications for the DFLP 2025 open on April 21 (Baisakh 8) and will remain open for 14 days.

Ideal candidates should also demonstrate leadership potential, effective communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability. Successful candidates will be selected from top universities across South Asia to join the program.
