Yango Group has partnered with ITHCA Group to officially launch the Yango ecosystem in Oman, bringing advanced digital solutions and AI-driven services to accelerate the country’s digital transformation and stimulate long-term economic growth. This collaboration supports Oman’s ambitions to diversify its economy and enhance digital capabilities.
As part of the initiative, ITHCA Group and Yango Group have acquired Otaxi, a leading mobility platform in Oman. Working closely with the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology (MTCIT), the two companies are enhancing Otaxi’s technology stack to improve service speed, precision, accessibility, and scalability. These upgrades are aimed at expanding Otaxi’s operations across all governorates and broadening its service offerings to include delivery, vehicle rentals, smart maps, and more.
This collaboration aligns with Oman’s Vision 2040, contributing to the country’s digital transformation efforts and complementing government initiatives to diversify the economy. By incorporating AI-powered services into various sectors, the partnership is rolled out in close coordination with local infrastructure and regulations, ensuring it matches national priorities.
