ZainTECH has achieved a significant milestone by securing a commercial license in Saudi Arabia, enabling the company to establish regional offices in the Kingdom. This transition from an investment license to full national entity status demonstrates ZainTECH’s long-term commitment to Saudi Arabia and its Vision 2030 goals.
The move allows ZainTECH to expand its advanced technology solutions across key sectors such as digital IoT, cybersecurity, drones, AI, and cloud services. With a strengthened local presence, ZainTECH is positioned to drive innovation, foster collaborations, and deliver customized solutions to meet the evolving needs of businesses and government entities in Saudi Arabia.
As part of its Saudi expansion, ZainTECH is exploring strategic partnerships with both public and private sectors to accelerate the adoption of next-generation technologies that enhance efficiency, security, and business resilience. This initiative also creates new opportunities for local talent, bolsters the Kingdom’s digital infrastructure, and promotes the use of emerging technologies across industries.
ZainTECH’s expansion follows its participation at LEAP 25, where the company announced several agreements, including collaborations with King Khalid University to advance digital education, Najm Insurance Group and Diamond Policy’s SHAHIN Platform for cybersecurity, and Leejam Sports to drive digital fitness innovations.
Andrew Hanna, CEO of ZainTECH, highlighted the importance of Saudi Arabia as a key market, stating, “Securing national entity status enables us to operate with greater agility, contribute to the Kingdom’s digital economy, and deliver world-class technology solutions that empower local businesses and government bodies to serve the digitally savvy community.”
