Cyber Enviro-Tech Achieves Milestone Registration with Kuwait Oil Company, Unlocking $100M Annual Remediation Opportunity

Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc. (OTCQB-CETI) has announced its successful registration with Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), marking a significant achievement in the company’s global expansion strategy. KOC, one of the world’s largest oil producers, initiated a rigorous registration process that can take over two years and exceed $1 million in costs, with no guaranteed acceptance. This accomplishment has led to an invitation for CETI to bid on a produced water remediation project valued at over $100 million annually.

Kim D. Southworth, CEO of Cyber Enviro-Tech, expressed excitement about the registration, stating, “This registration marks a transformative opportunity for Cyber Enviro-Tech. In the coming weeks, we will demonstrate our unique Hybrid TDS SWD water remediation system, which removes contaminants at levels up to 400 times greater than EPA standards.”

Southworth highlighted that this approval by KOC provides broader access throughout the region via Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC), KOC’s parent company, which operates joint ventures with refineries in more than a dozen countries. “This not only positions us to serve KOC but also opens doors for business opportunities across the Middle East,” he added.

CETI’s proprietary equipment, bio chemicals, and processes have been tested and refined in Oklahoma and Texas. The company’s innovative Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system could eliminate approximately 90 million gallons of fluid daily from current disposal methods. This process detoxifies large volumes of contaminated water in under 30 minutes, enabling safe secondary and tertiary uses while reducing environmental concerns.

This milestone follows more than a year of collaboration with CETI’s exclusive Middle East partner, Delta World Environmental Solutions (DELTA) of Istanbul, Turkey. Southworth acknowledged the pivotal role of DELTA’s CEO, Serdar Guerel, in fostering relationships essential for deploying CETI’s advanced systems in the Middle East, a region facing significant environmental challenges.

“We are extremely pleased with the significant contributions and results achieved by Mr. Guerel and the DELTA team,” Southworth stated. “Their dedication has been instrumental in advancing environmentally responsible projects across Turkey and the Middle East. With KOC’s approval, this positions us to drive sustainability, profitability, and stronger environmental compliance in one of the world’s most critical energy markets.”
