Octolane Raises USD 2.6 Million to Launch AI-Powered Self-Driving CRM Platform

Octolane, a San Francisco-based startup founded by two Bangladeshi immigrants, has raised USD 2.6 million in seed funding to develop the world’s first self-driving AI-powered CRM platform. Led by investors like Brian Shin and General Catalyst Apex, the platform automates CRM processes, reducing manual data entry and improving productivity for sales teams.

Founded by Md Abdul Halim Rafi and One Chowdhury, Octolane uses large language models (LLMs) and AI tools to streamline CRM tasks, such as analyzing customer interactions, generating follow-up emails, and predicting tasks. The platform targets businesses using existing CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive, and has already attracted over 200 businesses.

Investors were impressed by the founders’ technical expertise and their focus on solving a major challenge in the sales tech space. With the new funding, Octolane plans to scale its engineering team, expand its product offerings, and refine its AI engine to cater to a broader range of sales environments.

As the global CRM market continues to grow, Octolane aims to capitalize on the increasing demand for automated, data-driven sales solutions, positioning itself as a key player in the evolving sales tech landscape.
