Lenovo’s Premier Support and XClarity software helped LEAN simplify lifecycle management, leading to significant cost savings and zero downtime since the launch.
The successful integration of Lenovo’s technology has enabled LEAN to offer Service Level Agreement (SLA)-backed performance guarantees, making it a leading player in Kuwait’s IT services market. The partnership allows LEAN to meet the needs of various industries, including oil, gas, retail, medical services, and finance, and solidifies its role in driving cloud adoption in Kuwait.
