Kalaam Telecom, a leading regional digital solutions provider, has joined forces with Mida Solutions, a NUSO Company, and FVC, First Video Communications, to deliver a comprehensive, one-stop-shop experience for businesses in the Middle East. This strategic collaboration aims to provide businesses with cutting-edge Contact Center as-a-Service (CCaaS), Unified Communications as-a-Service (UCaaS), compliance call recording, and advanced analytics solutions, tailored to meet regional data residency and regulatory requirements.
Under the agreement, Mida Solutions’ products will be distributed by FVC through Kalaam Telecom, who will serve as the exclusive Managed Service Provider (MSP). Kalaam will host these applications as SaaS in its private cloud infrastructure located in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, ensuring data sovereignty and compliance with local VOIP and data residency regulations.
This collaboration enables businesses across the MEA region to access local language support, turn-key solutions, and on-the-ground service availability through Kalaam Telecom’s operations in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. By hosting the solutions locally, the partnership ensures that organizations meet stringent regulatory requirements, including compliance with SAMA regulations, GDPR, MIFID II, PCI, HIPAA, and other international privacy and financial regulations.
Mida Solutions’ products are Microsoft Teams-certified and compatible with Zoom, supporting hybrid communication environments and integrating seamlessly with both traditional PBX systems and modern cloud platforms.
Marco Cortese, Country Manager at Mida Solutions, stated, “This partnership signifies the evolution of our collaboration with FVC. By bringing Kalaam Telecom on board, we can now offer a comprehensive solution with local hosting in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, ensuring compliance and service excellence.”
Veer Passi, Group CEO of Kalaam Telecom, added, “We are excited to be part of this collaboration, which underscores our commitment to providing innovative, customized solutions while ensuring data sovereignty for organizations across the MEA region.”
