e& Partners with Digicel Group to Enhance International Voice Services and Fraud Prevention

Abu Dhabi-based global technology group e& has entered into a strategic partnership with Digicel Group, a leading service provider in the Caribbean and Central America, to boost Digicel’s international voice services across the Americas.

As part of the collaboration, e& will handle inbound and outbound international traffic in 24 markets, optimizing operations and improving service quality. In light of growing fraud threats in the telecommunications industry, the two companies are committed to deploying advanced, AI-driven fraud detection and prevention technologies to enhance security.

This partnership empowers both companies with real-time monitoring, proactive threat mitigation, and enhanced security protocols to protect customers, operators, and the broader telecom ecosystem. By leveraging their global expertise and technological capabilities, Digicel and e& aim to set a new standard in international voice traffic management and fraud resilience.

Digicel’s continuous refinement of its wholesale strategy, including responding to the rise of OTT services and VoLTE, will benefit from this collaboration, enabling cost optimization, streamlined infrastructure investments, and a stronger market position.
