Global procurement and spend management solutions provider JAGGAER has partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enhance its offerings in Kuwait and the broader Middle East region. This collaboration aims to introduce the JAGGAER One platform to local markets, providing businesses across the region with advanced tools to manage and automate complex procurement processes.
By integrating AWS’s cloud infrastructure, the JAGGAER One platform will deliver secure, scalable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) procurement solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of government entities and large enterprises in Kuwait and the Middle East. The platform leverages cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, and predictive analytics to streamline sourcing, supplier management, contract management, procurement, and invoicing. Additionally, it helps organisations gain visibility and control over their spending, optimize compliance, reduce costs, and strengthen supplier relationships within a secure cloud environment.
JAGGAER’s partnership with AWS marks a significant milestone as one of the first companies to launch public cloud services across Kuwait, utilizing AWS Outposts to extend its infrastructure, tools, and services to on-premises or co-location facilities, offering a seamless hybrid cloud experience.
The collaboration is designed to improve scalability, security, and cost efficiency in procurement, providing businesses in the Middle East with a more streamlined approach to managing their spend. This strategic partnership aligns with regional development goals, reinforcing JAGGAER’s commitment to expanding its presence in the e-procurement space across the Middle East and Africa.
