Zain Bahrain Joins National “Loyalty Rewards” Programme to Empower Local Talent

Zain Bahrain, a leading telecom and technology provider in the Kingdom, has become the first telecommunications company to join the national “Loyalty Rewards” programme. This initiative is designed to enhance how organizations recognize and motivate their employees, reflecting Zain Bahrain’s strong commitment to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment.

Through its partnership with Hope Talents, Zain Bahrain underscores its ongoing investment in the growth and empowerment of Bahraini talent. The company’s impressive 93% Bahrainization rate highlights its dedication to empowering local talent and supporting Bahrain’s workforce development. Zain Bahrain has played a significant role in training, employing, and upskilling over 3,000 young Bahrainis, contributing to the Kingdom’s Economic Vision 2030 and promoting sustainable growth.

The “Loyalty Rewards” programme, launched by Hope Talents, is designed to create a more engaging work environment by offering regular prize draws for dedicated employees, regardless of experience level. Its aim is to foster a culture of recognition and strengthen employees’ sense of belonging within their organizations. Zain Bahrain’s involvement in the programme sets a benchmark for corporate citizenship and demonstrates how private-sector initiatives can drive socio-economic progress.

In addition to the national programme, Zain Bahrain continues to enhance its existing recognition initiatives, including the Quarterly Frontliner Awards, Shock Reward, and Project Special Reward, which celebrate exceptional performance, customer-facing employees, and team efforts in key company initiatives.
