Zambian women-led, tech-based, and tech-enabled businesses are encouraged to apply for the Women in Tech accelerator programme, implemented by BongoHive Innovations. The initiative offers three months of comprehensive training, mentorship, and funding to empower female entrepreneurs and help scale sustainable startups aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The accelerator provides world-class business incubation, expert mentorship, and technical support. Selected startups will develop personalized milestone plans aimed at investment readiness, receive financial analysis assistance, and benefit from networking and media exposure opportunities.
In addition, five businesses will be awarded an equity-free grant of US$10,000 each to accelerate their solutions. Post-programme, participants will receive six months of targeted support to scale operations and expand their market presence.
Applications for the Women in Tech Zambia programme are open until May 28.
