Crédit Coopératif to Acquire Fintech Anytime from Orange to Boost Digital Services for Associations

Crédit Coopératif has entered exclusive talks with Orange Bank, a subsidiary of the Orange Group, to acquire Anytime, a fintech specializing in digital banking solutions for associations. This move supports Crédit Coopératif’s “100% committed” strategic plan (2025-2030) aimed at enhancing its digital offerings, particularly for small and medium-sized associations.

Founded in 2014 and acquired by Orange Bank in 2020, Anytime provides innovative account management and payment services tailored to associations and non-profits, including advanced expense management tools. The acquisition will enable Crédit Coopératif to strengthen its historic association market presence, expand its fully digital service portfolio, and target a market share exceeding 6% of new association creations by 2030.

Crédit Coopératif, known as a key bank for social and solidarity economy (SSE) players, combines a network of 68 business centers with a remote banking platform and impact investment services to meet diverse client needs. The transaction, pending consultations with employee representatives, is expected to be finalized by the end of 2025.

Pascal Pouyet, CEO of Crédit Coopératif, emphasized the acquisition’s role in meeting evolving digital demands of association clients, while Frederic Niel, CEO of Orange Bank, highlighted the complementary nature of the partnership and Anytime’s potential for growth within the social economy sector.
