Oman CX Forum 2025 to Spotlight Customer Experience Transformation and Innovation

Muscat is gearing up to host the Oman CX Forum 2025 on May 28 at the St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort, an influential event focused on advancing customer-centric business models across the Sultanate. Presented by Infoline and organised by Muscat Media Group in collaboration with Gulf Leaders Circle, the forum will gather over 250 industry leaders, including C-suite executives and customer experience (CX) professionals.

Supported by key partners such as Tadoom, Bahwan Cybertek, and Jindal Steel Sohar, the forum aims to help Omani companies elevate their CX strategies amid a digital and competitive landscape.
