Vodafone Oman has reached a major milestone, connecting one million users to its fully independent 5G network, now one of the most widely adopted in the country. This achievement highlights not just network availability but also strong customer trust in Vodafone’s ability to provide fast, reliable, and future-ready digital services to individuals, households, and businesses.
The 5G network, purpose-built from the ground up, is a key enabler for how Oman’s citizens live, work, and connect in an increasingly digital world. Earlier this year, Vodafone set a national record by completing the fastest 5G rollout in Oman’s history, deploying over 2,572 5G sites in under three years and achieving more than 98% population coverage—significantly ahead of license obligations.
