Binance Academy Partners with Pakistan Ministry of IT & Telecom to Launch Nationwide Blockchain Education Program

Binance Academy has joined forces with Pakistan’s Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoITT) to deliver comprehensive blockchain education across the country. The initiative aims to empower 300 educators who will teach blockchain skills to 80,000 students across 20 universities by 2026, building a strong pipeline of talent ready to contribute to local and global tech ecosystems.

This partnership aligns with Binance Academy’s Global University Outreach Program (GUOP), the world’s largest Web3 educational initiative, which integrates blockchain curricula worldwide. The program covers fundamentals like BNB Chain, Web3 concepts, and Solidity development, equipping educators and students with cutting-edge blockchain knowledge.

Bader Al Kalooti, Binance’s MEASA Head of Growth, highlighted the importance of skill-building to unlock blockchain’s potential, while Pakistan’s IT Minister Shaza Fatima Khawaja underscored the program’s role in driving digital transformation and positioning Pakistan as a global blockchain talent hub.

Since 2022, Binance Academy has trained over 3,000 students in Pakistan. This new expanded partnership seeks to scale impact, contributing to Pakistan’s economic growth and digital economy development by 2026.
