GNEXT Launches First Apple Authorized Service Center in Lahore, Expanding Premium Support Across Pakistan

GNEXT, Pakistan’s Apple Authorized Distributor and Service Provider, has opened its first Apple Authorized Service Center in Lahore’s Dolmen Mall, with a second center soon to launch in Karachi. This milestone enhances after-sales support for Apple customers nationwide, offering certified expertise and genuine Apple care closer to users.

The Lahore center features advanced diagnostic tools and Apple-certified technicians, reflecting GNEXT’s commitment to reliable, timely, and transparent service. To celebrate the launch, GNEXT is offering complimentary service benefits for a limited time.

Shahid Khan, GNEXT CEO, emphasized the company’s dedication to setting new quality standards and accessibility for Apple users. Jay Exconde, Regional Director for Services, highlighted the introduction of the Shield+ program, which upgrades device protection with front and back screen damage coverage plus a 12-month extended warranty beyond AppleCare.

GNEXT’s service centers handle warranty and non-warranty repairs, screen replacements, diagnostics, and software updates using genuine Apple parts. To further ease access, GNEXT is rolling out a nationwide network of Collection Points in major cities like Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Lahore, and Karachi. These points provide device drop-off services with trained staff to coordinate repairs at the authorized centers.

This expansion reflects GNEXT’s mission to provide premium Apple care across Pakistan, ensuring peace of mind for all Apple users whether purchasing new devices or seeking expert support.
