UiPath, a global leader in agentic automation, has appointed Sara Al-Alsheikh as Regional Vice President (RVP) and Managing Director for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Bahrain, reflecting the growing demand for AI-powered automation across the Gulf region.
Based in Riyadh, Al-Alsheikh will oversee UiPath’s go-to-market and customer success strategies across these countries, focusing on accelerating growth in key sectors such as government, banking, and oil and gas. She will also strengthen UiPath’s partner ecosystem and lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
The Gulf is witnessing rapid digital transformation, with organisations adopting advanced automation technologies to boost efficiency and competitiveness. UiPath is leading this shift by enabling complex AI-driven automation deployments that combine AI agents, software robots, and human collaboration.
Having joined UiPath in 2023 as Director of Public Sector and Public Investment Fund (PIF), Al-Alsheikh brings a strong track record working closely with customers in the region. Her appointment aligns with Gulf Vision 2030 goals, supporting innovation, sustainable growth, and gender inclusion.
With over a decade of experience at global tech firms including HP, IBM, and SAP, Al-Alsheikh exemplifies the new generation of Saudi leaders driving innovation and inclusion across the regional technology landscape.
