The UAE’s Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) has entered a strategic partnership with global digital transformation leader Noventiq and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate Industry 4.0 adoption across the nation’s industrial sector. Formalized at the Make it in the Emirates 2025 event in Abu Dhabi, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) commits to transforming 20 national factories into smart, technology-driven facilities.
The MoU was signed by H.E. Omar Suwaina Al Suwaidi, MoIAT’s Undersecretary, and Sergey Chernovolenko, President and COO of Noventiq. Noventiq is pledging AED 3 million worth of services leveraging AWS’s cloud technologies—including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Internet of Things (IoT)—to enhance operational efficiency, data utilization, and sustainability in manufacturing processes.
This initiative supports the UAE’s vision to become a global hub for advanced manufacturing by showcasing how smart technologies can revolutionize factory operations. The upgraded factories will serve as models for innovation, sustainability, and competitiveness, demonstrating the practical benefits of automation and data-driven decision-making.
Building on Noventiq’s global collaboration with AWS to expand cloud adoption, this project marks a significant step in strengthening the UAE’s economic diversification and technological leadership. The partnership aligns with broader national strategies aimed at positioning the country at the forefront of Fourth Industrial Revolution advancements.
