Kuwait Airways has introduced its new Elite Service at Terminal 4 (T4), offering premium travel experiences to customers—except those flying to New York. Announced by Chairman Captain Abdulmohsen Al-Faqan, the service is designed to enhance convenience and comfort throughout the journey.
The Elite Service package begins with travel procedures completed from home, including baggage weighing, boarding pass issuance, home pick-up, and reception at T4. It continues with expedited check-in at the terminal, access to the elite lounge, ground transportation to the aircraft if no passenger bridge is available, and VIP reception upon return, including assistance with arrival procedures and limousine service to the passenger’s home.
Passengers can request the service via the Kuwait Airways app or website 72 to 48 hours before departure, with home check-in performed 24 hours prior to the flight. The initiative reflects Kuwait Airways’ commitment to customer satisfaction, especially during the 2025 summer travel season.
Alongside Elite Service, Kuwait Airways has launched a Family Offer marketing campaign, providing up to 30% discounts on economy class tickets for groups of three to nine travelers. The offer is valid for bookings made between June 26 and 30, 2025, for travel from July 1 to November 30, 2025.
