Orange Jordan, in partnership with Future Skills Fund, is launching the “Fiber Academy” program to develop core skills for careers in fiber sales. The two-month, in-person training at Orange’s Amman Training Center targets recent graduates, job seekers, and aspiring sales professionals, with cohorts of 25 participants. The curriculum covers soft skills, English communication, fiber technology, and sales techniques, totaling 240 training hours.
The program costs JD 145 per participant and is financially supported by Future Skills Fund through Income Share Agreements, allowing beneficiaries to repay a portion of future salaries after employment begins, easing access and aligning training with job placement in fiber or general sales roles.
This initiative supports Orange Jordan’s broader strategy to advance digital transformation and economic growth in Jordan while promoting digital inclusion and workforce readiness. Funded by the German government via KfW Development Bank, Future Skills Fund emphasizes its commitment to quality technical and vocational training that enhances youth employment opportunities.
Participants gain hands-on experience by working closely with industry professionals, preparing them to meet the dynamic demands of the fiber sales sector.
