Zain KSA, the leading telecom and digital services provider, announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Eng. Saad bin Abdulrahman AlSadhan as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2025. Eng. AlSadhan has served as Acting CEO since August 2024 and brings over 22 years of telecom and IT expertise.
Previously, he was Chief Business and Wholesale Officer at Zain KSA, driving B2B sector growth, strategic partnerships, and the development of innovative digital products. He played a pivotal role in launching Zain Cloud, supporting Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation aligned with Vision 2030, and advancing an integrated ecosystem of telecom, cloud, and 5G solutions.
Since joining Zain KSA in 2016, Eng. AlSadhan has prioritized strategic partnerships with government entities and global tech firms, facilitating rapid technology adoption and knowledge transfer. His leadership has strengthened Zain KSA’s network capabilities and expanded its enterprise business solutions to empower local and regional competitiveness.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals and numerous certifications in leadership, IT, and general management.
