Rabat Business School and AXA Services Maroc Forge Strategic Partnership to Bridge Education and Labor Market

Rabat – Rabat Business School (RBS), part of the International University of Rabat (UIR), has formalized a partnership agreement with AXA Services Maroc aimed at strengthening collaboration between higher education and industry to better meet labor market needs.

The signing ceremony was held recently in Rabat and presided over by Thierry Goument, General Manager of AXA Services Maroc, alongside Nicolas Arnaud, Dean and General Director of Rabat Business School.

According to an official statement from UIR, the agreement reflects a shared vision focused on skills development, innovation, and professional integration. Key aspects of the partnership include hosting students for internships, work-study opportunities, and seasonal employment within AXA’s teams.

The collaboration also involves co-developing academic programs and course modules aligned with emerging sector needs, with AXA joining the RBS Corporate Advisory Board to provide ongoing industry insights.

Additional facets of the partnership include organizing joint events, knowledge exchange, and offering continuing education programs to AXA employees through RBS. The initiative aims to create clear career pathways for young talent in Morocco.

Goument highlighted that the partnership demonstrates AXA’s commitment to supporting the professional integration of young Moroccan talent.

On behalf of RBS and UIR, Arnaud emphasized the strategic nature of this collaboration, describing it as “a partnership at the intersection of two complementary worlds, with mutual benefits for talent development and innovation.”
